uLaunch can arrange for reasonable and fair workplace modifications to your office or work vehicles through the Employee Assistance Fund.

How can we help with workplace modifications?

Following a workplace assessment we can arrange for:

Assistive equipment to be provided, including special software or computers
Auslan support including interpreters and deafness awareness training
Training to raise workplace understanding of working with people with a disability including mental health and hearing impairment
Support in training of equipment installed as part of a workplace modification

While most employees will not need any changes to your workplace it is good to know there is support for you when you need it!
